General Auction Questions

Buyer Question: How do I bid at a auction? A. You need a bidder number. You need to ask one of the staff. We'll direct you to get one.

Buyer Question: Do you take my personal check, or credit card or cash? A.  We will gladly take your personal check with proper ID. Cash is the best thing to pay with. Sorry we don't acept debt or credit cards.

What is a buyers premium? Is an extra charge to the buyer. We do not charge a buyers premium.

Buyer Question: Can I leave a bid? A. Yes you can. It's called "a Proxy Bid". By doing this you are agreeing to pay the top price offered by you, if you win. By doing this it is now a binding purchase on your bidders number. We will call you if you win. Then you need to make arrangments to pay for your item.

Seller Question: What if I need an auction yesterday. A. Well, not really possible. An auction takes some time to plan. First do you really have enough? Do you have a whole house full? Or do you just have a few items that you would like to make a little extra money for? We will advise which is best for you.

Seller Question: What kind of commission do you charge? A. It just depends on the services you need and the size of your auction.

Seller Question: Is the commission the same for my household items the same as my real estate? A. No the commission is structured different.

Buyer Question: Who is responsible for my items after I purchse them? A. You are 100%.

Buyer Question: Can the auction Staff bid on items? A. Yes they have to pay for their items, the same as any other buyer.

Do you have a mailing list? Yes we do. We can simply add you. Just say I want to be added to your mailing list. Can you email it to me. Yes we can do that too.

Remember to keep your bidding card handy. The auctioneer is going to need your number often.

Things to bring: Drivers License, Check Book & Cash, Pen, Totes or Boxes, a Friend, Sunscreen, a Heavy Coat, Cargo Van.
